Natália Mendonça is a young pastry chef who specialized in the art of making macarons. Starting her career in 2009, she created her own dessert atelier in João Pessoa, Paraíba. The atelier evolved to her brand: Natália Mendonça. Today, she no longer takes orders. She turned her kitchen into a classroom and she shares everything she has learned with students in Brazil and all over the world.
